The LeopoldQuartier is being built on an area of approximately 22,900 to 23,000 m² near the Danube Canal in Vienna. Plans include apartments, commercial spaces, offices, more green space, and a kindergarten. UBM also describes the project as Europe's first quarter of its kind built using timber or timber-hybrid construction.
