WET sensor track: A groundbreaking innovation.
Two sensor wires encased in robust plastic fabric precisely detect moisture – from dry to saturated. This intelligent early warning strip reacts instantly to moisture ingress, can be used up to 20 meters in length, and adapts flexibly to a wide variety of building components and structures. It can be connected without tools, is quick to install, and reliably effective – even when things need to move quickly on the construction site.

The WET sensor track is suitable for numerous applications in building and moisture monitoring, for example in bathrooms, toilet facilities, kitchenettes, technical rooms, terraces, plinth areas and flat roof constructions.
Monitorix ROOF IOT: PLUG&PLAY flat roof monitoring that starts in new buildings and can be retrofitted to existing buildings at any time.
The Monitorix® ROOF IOT sensor is one of the most powerful solutions for the early detection of moisture and leaks in flat roof constructions. The sensor monitors the entire flat roof, providing exceptionally accurate information about the actual condition of the roof structure – far exceeding that of conventional point measurements. Completely wireless and easy to install.

Immediately after installation in new buildings, the system continuously monitors the roof structure in real time. At the same time, the Monitorix® ROOF IOT is also ideally suited for retrofitting existing roofs, enabling intelligent monitoring and long-term protection of even existing buildings.
A unique feature is the combined measurement of several crucial parameters within the roof structure. In addition to temperature and relative humidity, the sensor also detects water accumulation on the vapor barrier and can additionally display how much water is already present in the flat roof after a leak – including the water level in millimeters. This provides an exceptionally precise basis for assessing potential damage and necessary measures.

The main processor we developed forms the central basis of every Monitorix® project and is specifically designed to guarantee secure and reliable measurement data. The secure processing of all sensor data begins right here, creating a stable and controlled data foundation for the entire monitoring process.

Our high-quality evaluation electronics precisely process and continuously validate the recorded moisture data. This ensures maximum measurement accuracy and data quality, upon which all further analyses are based. Our main processor allows for the connection of sensor strips, digital sensors, and material moisture sensors.

What does humidity monitoring mean?

Moisture monitoring refers to the regular and continuous measurement and monitoring of moisture levels in buildings or other structures. Sensors and measuring devices are used for this monitoring to record the moisture status and detect potential damage caused by moisture or water ingress at an early stage. A professional moisture monitoring system doesn't just identify risks after the fact, but automatically monitors, analyzes, and evaluates moisture data in real time.

What is the contract duration for Monitorix humidity monitoring?

Contract duration: The contract takes effect as soon as the device is connected and registers with the cockpit or goes online. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The contract is automatically renewed for a further 12 months unless terminated 3 months prior to the renewal date. Termination must be in writing.
