On the approximately 9,120 m² site of the former Municipal Study Institute, the Arche-Noah Quarter is being built – a modern residential project in an urban location. A total of 139 barrier-free two-, three-, four-, and five-room apartments are being constructed, six of which are fully wheelchair accessible. The quarter will also include a three-group daycare center.
With approximately 10,630 m² of living space and an additional 690 m² of usable space for the daycare center, a versatile building complex with a total of approximately 11,320 m² of rentable space is being created.
As part of the building's technical infrastructure, an electronic humidity monitoring system is used in the Arche-Noah Quarter. Monitorix® thus creates an additional layer of safety, making moisture visible at an early stage and supporting the high-quality building structure in the long term.
Especially in large-scale residential projects with numerous residential units and different usage areas, continuous moisture monitoring offers a useful addition for proactive building monitoring.
