The new dm distribution center is being built in Kronstorf (Upper Austria) with an investment volume of around €230 million. Official project information indicates commissioning in 2028. It is expected to reach 300 FTE (full-time equivalent) employees in its first year of operation. The logistics center complements the existing site in Enns and utilizes modern technologies and sustainable construction methods, aiming for ÖGNI Gold certification.
The installation plan specifies a total of 111 Monitorix® ROOF IOT units for monitoring the flat roof. The monitored roof area is 20,052.00 m², meaning each unit covers a detection range of approximately 180.65 m².
