The Lake suites is a high-end residential development offering direct access to the water. The project exudes an air of exclusivity, tranquillity and architectural simplicity, thereby creating a harmonious setting for the use of Monitorix in high-end residential buildings.
The installation plan identifies the bathroom, kitchen, study and the upper-floor terrace of Suites 01 and 02 as monitored areas. In addition, two ROOF-IOT units are planned. For the flat roof, the plan specifies a monitored area of 97.50 m², with a coverage area of approximately 49.00 m² per unit.
