The new boarding school building at the Kuchl Wood Technology School sets a strong example for contemporary timber construction. Official project details describe a seven-story building with approximately 2,932 m² of gross floor area and a timber input of around 1,750 m³. Completed in 2023, the building is considered a pioneering example of modern boarding school construction using timber.
The installation plan includes monitoring in the upstairs bathroom area. Early moisture detection is particularly important in wet rooms, as hidden leaks or persistently critical moisture levels often only become apparent at a late stage.
